At AIS, we’re continuing to take steady steps to strengthen the way we work and support the company’s growth in new markets. That’s why we’re especially pleased to share that Günther Distler has joined the AIS team as Corporate Operations Senior Advisor.

Günther comes on board after many years at DW Verbundrohr GmbH and brings extensive experience in the HVAC sector. Throughout his career, he has been involved in projects focused on improving operational performance and driving effective execution across different teams.

He joins us at a particularly important moment: we’re continuing to expand our presence beyond Spain, and that means further strengthening our internal processes so we can grow in a solid and consistent way.

What does his role bring to AIS?

The Corporate Operations Senior Advisor role has a very clear mission: to support the organisation in evolving our processes and continuously improving our operations, working cross-functionally with different teams and in coordination with the CEO.

In short: more structure, more clarity and stronger execution capability, exactly what’s needed as we grow and open up new opportunities beyond our home market.

Next stop: MCE 2026

We’ll be sharing this momentum very soon at a key meeting point for the sector: AIS will be taking part in MCE 2026, a perfect opportunity to showcase where we are today and our vision for what’s next.

If you’ll be at MCE 2026, we’d love to exchange views and explore potential synergies. You can book a meeting with our team here: https://outlook.office.com/book/AISatMCE2026@aisoutnovation.com/?ismsaljsauthenabled

Moving forward

We’re excited about Günther’s arrival because it reinforces something very important for AIS: growth isn’t just about reaching more places, it’s about doing it well. With stronger processes, more connected teams and an operating model that supports the next steps.

Welcome, Günther. We’re looking forward to what’s ahead!
