AIS Multilayer pipes

With AIS Multilayer Pipes, you gain reliable, efficient, and versatile solutions for domestic hot and cold water systems, heating, and radiant underfloor applications.

We offer two premium options: AIS Multilayer PERT-AL-PERT and AIS Multilayer PEXb-Al-PEXb pipes, compatible with our AIS AGILE, AIS PPSU and AIS XPRT and AIS Modular fittings. Both pipe systems are manufactured in Europe, comply with EN ISO 21003 standards, and are engineered to deliver durability and performance. 

• AIS Multilayer PERT-AL-PERT pipes: built with five layers, including external and internal layers of polyethylene raised temperature resistant (PERT) type II and an aluminium intermediate layer bonded by two adhesive layers.
• AIS Multilayer PEXb-Al-PEXb pipes: built with five-layers, featuring external and internal layers of crosslinked polyethylene (type b) and an aluminium intermediate layer securely bonded with two adhesive layers.

For installations requiring enhanced thermal protection, the AIS Multilayer isolated pipes provide an added layer of insulation. The low-density polyethylene foam (LDPE) insulation minimizes heat loss and significantly reduces condensation, ensuring dry and efficient installations in environments where temperature retention is esential.
