AIS PPSU Multilayer System: efficient and robust solutions for hospital environments

La Paz Hospital is a public healthcare centre managed by the Community of Madrid, located in the northern part of Madrid. Since the inauguration of the General Hospital in July 1964, its structure has grown and evolved into the large hospital complex we know today, comprising a network of 17 buildings and four main hospitals: the General Hospital, the Maternal Hospital, the Children's Hospital, and the Traumatology and Rehabilitation Hospital.

In this project, the AIS Multilayer System with large diameters was installed, using AIS PERT-AL-PERT Multilayer Pipes and AIS PPSU fittings. This system stands out for its excellent resistance to chemical agents such as detergents and disinfectants, high temperatures, mechanical stresses, corrosion, and high pressures. These features make it an ideal choice for highly demanding sectors like healthcare, where durable, hygienically safe, and robust solutions are required.
